Terms of Service for Commune AI Pte. Ltd.

By accessing or using the website located at commune-ai.net and our services (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Service (the “Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Definitions

“Commune AI”, “we”, “us” and “our” means Commune AI Pte. Ltd., a company incorporated in Singapore. “You” and “your” means the user of the Site or our services. “Nominal Amount” means SGD 100.

2. Intellectual Property

The Site and all content on it are owned by Commune AI or our licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a limited, revocable, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable licence to access and use the Site for its intended purposes. No rights are granted except as expressly stated.

3. Acceptable Use

You must not: (a) misuse the Site or attempt unauthorised access; (b) introduce malware or harmful code; (c) use the Site to infringe rights or violate law; (d) interfere with or disrupt the Site’s operation; (e) scrape, harvest, or use robots or similar data‑gathering/extraction methods; or (f) access the Site via automated means without our prior written permission.

4. Third‑Party Links

Links on the Site are provided for convenience only. We are not responsible for third‑party sites or resources and your use of them is at your own risk.

Linking to the Site is permitted provided it is lawful, not misleading, and does not suggest endorsement or affiliation. You must not frame or otherwise alter the visual presentation of the Site. We may request removal of any link to the Site at any time.

5. User Content

If you submit content, you represent you have necessary rights and it does not infringe third‑party rights or applicable law. You grant us a non‑exclusive, worldwide, royalty‑free licence to use such content to operate and improve the Site and our services.

User Content must be lawful, accurate, and must not be infringing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. We may remove or refuse any User Content at our discretion and may refer matters to the relevant authorities where appropriate.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. To the maximum extent permitted under Singapore law (including the Unfair Contract Terms Act, Cap. 396), we exclude all indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses. For your use of the Site (excluding any paid services), our aggregate liability will not exceed the Nominal Amount. Any consulting or other paid services are governed by a separate services agreement, which prevails over these Terms in the event of conflict.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Commune AI from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

10. Changes to the Site and Terms

We may modify the Site or these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified on the Site. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
